        Tanner Spacey and Bri Hemming both earned their second career JBT titles in exciting Pacific Northwest Conference action at Yakima's Nob Hill Bowl.

        Jacob Miller opened up the scratch division stepladder finals with a 246-195 win over Jeremy Witt, who earlier fired the only 300 game of the relatively high scoring event.  Red-hot Tristan Curtis continued his roll with a 248-199 win over Miller in round two.  Curtis then defeated Spokane's Alex Earle 223-190 to reach the title match again.

        Top seed Tanner Spacey dominated the tournament, firing +280 for qualifying en route to the top seed.  Both bowlers struggled early in the title match with corner pin carry, but Spacey got re-locked in quicker, resulting in a 226-217 win, and the second championship of his JBT career.

        Yakima bowler Tyler Ficek began the handicap division stepladder finals with a 210-174 win over Kevin Obrist.  Brandon Myers then stopped Ficek 235-190, before Jessica Bubnich turned the tables with a 223-219 win over Myers to reach the title match.

        Top seed Bri Hemming had traded the lead back and forth with Bubnich all day long, so it was appropriate that the title game was a back and forth affair as well.  In the end Hemming pulled away for a 197-184 win, also capturing the second title of her JBT career.

        Bubnich got her revenge in the JBT Women's Series title match, though.  She defeated Makayla Douglas 212-207 in the final, good for the first of three Women's Series wins she'll need to qualify for the 2012 Girls' TPC in Las Vegas next summer.
