'HORSE' SKILLS CHALLENGE

        Ben Canfield topped a field of 29 bowlers in a super-fun evening of skills competition Friday night at Santa Fe Station.

        All bowlers rolled game one 9-pin no-tap, game two opposite hand, game three 8-pin no-tap, game four with a plastic ball, and game five was low ball, where the lowest score wins (but gutter balls are penalized).   Bowlers were ranked in each game, with the highest overall ranking points winning the top prize.  Ben's 129 total points edged Oscar Chan's 128, earning $100 for Ben, while Oscar picked up $60 in second.  Over $2,500 in additional prizes were earned in the main tournaments over the weekend.
