        Andrew Heritage and Cameron Nodland added titles to their JBT collections in exciting Pacific Northwest Conference action at Husted's Hazel Dell Lanes in Vancouver.

        Kolby Crowell I opened the scratch division stepladder finals with a 229-160 win over Tyler Boe.  Heritage then took over, beating Crowell 241-193, and following with a big 267-191 decision over Tommie McNeal, who earlier fired the high game of the day with a 298, to advance to the final match.

        Brandon Myers tossed a 279 in the final matchplay game to vault over McNeal into the number one spot, but could not find the look on the right lane of the championship pair.  Heritage slowed down as well, but regained the form with a beautiful tenth frame double to shut out Brandon.  The 199-193 final score was good for the second title of his JBT career.

        Michayla Garden began an exciting run up the handicap division stepladder with a 203-186 win over first-time finalist Perrin Easley-Clark. Michayla then got past Hannah Russell 217-179.  The semifinal game was the match of the day, as Garden and newcomer Matthew Boespflug tied at 217.  Michayla escaped in the ensuing two-frame rolloff to move on to the title match.

        Top seed Cameron Nodland has been having an excellent season, and it continued here as he grabbed the top seed with great scores all day.  He saved one of  the very best scores for last however, blasting a 241 scratch game for a 272-215 defeat of Garden, earning himself the third title of his JBT career.

        The day's Women's Series event came down to the final frame, and second seed Kelsey Abrahamsen escaped with a 191-185 win when top qualifier Reagan Lorey couldn't come up with the needed tenth frame double.
