PAC NW BAKER SHOOTOUT

In a field of talented teams having a great time at the annual JBT Pac NW Baker Team Shootout, a team of veterans carved out a win in exciting action at Burien's Hiline Lanes.
"Tu Have and Tu Holes" (above) qualified in the middle of the pack after 12 Baker games of qualifying, then defeated a mostly-Portalski team called "Ebowla" 2-0 in best of three semifinal matches. On the other side, "Gutters Happen" didn't happen much, as they derailed "The Gabe and Ellie Train" 2-0.
In the ensuing finals, Hong, Haugen, Mahn, Abrahamsen, and Tuholski earned the title with the head to win. Despite all the female talent we've had over the years, no Baker winning team has ever had three ladies before, again highlighting the power of chemistry and teamwork that is a huge factor in Baker bowling.
