        Ryan Nikolas and Daniel Dickinson put on powerful performances to capture JBT titles in exciting Pacific Northwest Conference action at AMF Pro 300 Lanes.

        Brian Monnette began the scratch division stepladder finals with a 246-223 win over Luke Jordan, who finished in fifth for the second consecutive day.  Monnette then beat Chris Tuholski 226-186.  Johnny Leggett then beat Monnette 235-189 to create an all-Oregon title match.

        Nikolas' dominance of the weekend was in a way unprecedented, as he led every single round of both eight-round tournaments on the weekend, a feat we don't believe has been done before.  He also fired a natural 300 game on the day, helping him to leave all 4 'mulligans' for the title game.  That turned out to be crucial, as he burned through all four, then doubled in the tenth to escape from Leggett in the title match and earn the sweep of the weekend and his 7th career JBT title.

        Michelle Jensen defeated Austin Portalski to begin the handicap division stepladder finals.  Madison Bash then used a big 262 to beat Jensen.  Newcomer Daniel Dickinson then beat Bash 222-204 to advance to the title game. 

        Zane Hays outpaced the high-scoring field en route to the top seed, but Dickinson gave him no chance in the title match, firing a 230 scratch game, good for a 298-223 final score and his first career JBT title.

        Jensen's great day continued with a 205-171 win over Reagan Lorey for the day's Women's Series title.
