WINNETKA BOWL

champs Harley Sweigart & Aislinn Lubag; U17 and Girls winner Kaylee Am-Khong

Harley Sweigart remained red hot, while Aislinn Lubag showed the big kids how it's done, in exciting JBT So Cal Conference action at Winnetka Bowl.

Kyle Andrews won round one of the four-bowler 'sprint' finals with a 211-199 win over Kyle Gilbert.  Zack Long then stopped Andrews 220-208 to advance to the title match.

Top seed Sweigart completely dominated the event, leading seven of the eight rounds and rolling four of the five high games.  Nothing changed in the title match either, as he cruised to a 223-151 win and the 23rd title of his JBT career.

Avery Domaguin just keeps tearing through the Tour, this time winning round one of the handicap stepladder 226-170 over Ben Dinenberg.  Lubag then edged Domaguin by the slimmest of margins, 210-209, to advance to the title game.

Top seed Cameron Criss, riding the momentum of last month's 300, roared to the lead here, but could not find the look on the championship pair.  Instead, Aislinn remained in control for a 207-164 win, and her first JBT title.  At 8 years old, she's the youngest winner on Tour this season thus far!

Side events belonged to Kaylee Am-Khong, as she won the U17 event with a win over Criss, and squeezed by Renee Gentry 169-166 to win the Girls Scratch segment to complete the side event sweep.

Thanks as always to the team at Winnetka for hosting our Tour, as well as the incredible folks at Priority Girl, Ebonite, and MSC for significant contributions to the day's prize fund!
