The 2007 Las Vegas Main
Event
A packed field from 23 states and Canada took part in the 2007 Las Vegas Main Event, presented
by Ebonite International and the Junior Bowlers Tour. A new Main Event
record of $55,842
in scholarships was awarded
to the field. After three exhausting days of intense competition, BJ
Baker, Tempe AZ, claimed the Open Scratch crown, Samantha Hesley, Wellington FL, won the Girls Scratch
title, and Billy Read, Albuquerque NM, triumphed in the handicap division.
